  I order A pizza and I saw one of the employee she was playing with her nails next to Customer orders and I told the manager and I called her trying to explain what I saw she she was really rude with me. She hang up the phone on me so this is really really dirty restaurant do not ever ever order from this restaurant

  Ordered delivery from this location and the pizza was awful. It was a half and half order with one side being just pepperoni, and the other side being pineapple and olives. The pepperoni side had very few, if any, pepperonis, and the other side was FILLED with olives. You would think the workers would know how strike a balance with toppings. I also ordered extra sauce cups and received one less than what I ordered. Would not recommend this location if possible

  We got three different pizzas and everything did taste very good. The pizza was not all cut completely through and some of the pieces were very thin/small like 1" on the outside included on 2 pizzas. We asked to double up on multiple toppings on 2 of the pizzas & we didn't think that happened, but they weren't skimpy amounts of toppings on each pizza, so it wasn't quite clear that we didn't get double toppings. The young lady inside was very nice & quick to help upon arrival.

  They post openly in their lobby that they gladly accept EBT, but, on the last two separate occasions, they could not/would not take EBT. The first time the women who were working the counter clearly had not received any training about how to process EBT cards, so it took a humiliating 20 min waiting at the counter, while the pizza got cold, only to have the machine refuse the card multiple times when they did finally figure it out! This was 100% the management's fault, not the women who were genuinely trying to help! The second time the manager (John) processed the transaction and the exact same humiliating result occurred! Given the fact that my EBT card had plenty of money available on it and worked at other store immediately after, I have to believe it is either their machine malfunctioning, or they are intentionally declining EBT cards, because they know once you order and your family's waiting, you're over a barrel and will be forced to use what little cash you have to get the pizza, or disappoint your family! Honestly, given the managers smug, "I don't care" attitude, I am inclined toward thinking the latter! I am looking into if saying they accept EBT but consistently refusing/ having machine issues, is a form of EBT fraud! Either way I definitely recommend AGAINST giving, at least THIS location, your business! NEGATIVE FIVE STARS! Nobody should have to be humiliated because of Pappa John"s incompetence, processing issues, or just flat out greed! Either accept the cards or don't, but don't SAY you do and then not accept them!!!
