    I should have read the reviews. I ordered delivery before they closed, then they accepted my order, only to cancel it, without any notice, even tho I specifically requested text updates.

    My order was extremely disappointinh. The pizza arrived cold, and the flavor ranged from bland to sour The taste was from bland to a sour taste. After one bite, I knew it was a complete waste of money. I won't be ordering from Papa Johns again.

    no hair cap no gloves which is fine if the lady making the pizza actually washed hands but no! the lady in the front took the order qent directly to make the pizza with those same gross hands. The other guy making the other pizza was quite professional though.

    Horrible service. They lost my order and then kept me on endless hold for almost a half hour…I’m still on hold and my kids are starving. I’m about to get in my car and drive over to the location to speak to management.

    The pizza took nearly 2 hours to arrive and when we called them to check in they made it seem as if we didn’t request a delivery and set false expectations on delivery time. They are 5 mins down the road…
