    The manager at this location cannot deliver a hot pizza and wings. I stopped ordering from them several months ago because of this. Has not changed at all. The delivery driver was smoking in his car with the food. Worst and final experience.

    They deliver through DoorDash but don't say that until the delivery is already on the way. I wouldn't have ordered had I known, so I am pointing this out to others.

    You really need to end your partnership with Doordash. You just lost a loyal customer that ordered weekly. I expressly requested a store driver deliver my order(s) due to quality concerns with Doordash. In the previous five weeks, the store acommodated this very same request. This time, the store, failed to honor my request which resulted in Doordash ruining my order twice in one day. First order was cold, second order pictured below. I am thoroughly disappointed. Your customers deserve better for the prices you charge.

    Went to Papa John’s for the first time today and it was great. I was helped by Shawn J. and he was so nice and helped me with the menu. He gave me great suggestions and reassured me papa John has nothing but quality ingredients. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Shawn J.
