One of the staff at this place was insanely unfriendly. They didn’t give me the item I ordered and made feel they did that on purpose.

Overall Panera is pricey, but so are plenty other "fast causal" places. Love their Sip Club!

The food at this Panera Bread was good with no issues on taste or quality. However, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. The young lady at the counter needs serious improvement in communication. She was unusually rude in the way she addressed customers, speaking as if she was doing everyone a favor rather than providing service. I noticed multiple customers looking surprised at her behavior, so it wasn’t just my experience—it seemed to be affecting everyone in line. This was on Dec 3,2025 at around 8-9pm. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in an airport where travelers are already stressed and expect courteous service. I hope the managers or person in charge take note of this and provide proper training or guidance to improve customer interaction. If you’re not in the mood to deal with rude behavior, I’d recommend avoiding this Panera Bread location.

This is the Panera in Terminal 4, near gate C14. The line at Zinc Brasserie was ridiculous, and i would say for a basic cup of black coffee, Panera Bread’s is probably better... i used the order kiosk, and i had my coffee in hand within 3 minutes... I think every airport terminal should have a Panera, not because it's anything special, but because it's consistent. Panera Bread’s coffee is way more consistent than it looks. The beans are 100% Arabica Rain Force Certified, and Panera actually switched to certified beans back in the 2000s, way before most major chains. Their brewers use timed clips that force staff to dump every batch at 60 minutes, which is why Panera’s coffee is almost always fresher than typical restaurant drip. The light roast is blended to stay stable in Air-Pots (the big metal decanter they use to keep the coffee hot) without turning bitter, and the dark roast uses naturally low-acid Brazilian beans for that smooth, easy sip. It’s not fancy, but it’s cleaner, fresher, and more thoughtfully sourced than most people realize...
