He was incredibly upbeat, friendly, and genuinely accommodating — you could tell he truly cared about his job and the customers he served. Elias took the time to double-check every order with each customer, making sure everything was perfect before they walked away. That kind of attention to detail and kindness is rare, especially in a busy airport setting. His positive energy was contagious and such a refreshing note to end our trip on.
