  Im on the sip club and came to the drive thru to get my Pepsi And 2 cars ahead taking awhile. I get to the window and my drink is already made. I asked her how long had it been sitting there. And she said not long yet the cup looks watered down. And we have been waiting for 10-15 minutes in line.I asked her to make a new drink. Usually they make the drink when you get to the window. She gets an attitude then hands me my drink. This drink has literally 4 ice cubes. I drive back ask for a manager in the store. Tell her and she said ohh it’s because of we are really busy today. What?! That justifies her attitude and this trash drink!! Then she offers to replace my drink and asked if I want a cookie. NO!!! I told her I don't want nothing from here and cancel my sip club. She said she couldn’t. Horrible location. I always have to sit for a long time in drive thru to get my drink. The sip club is not worth these girls attitudes and long wait when at times it’s only you!! Im over it. Cancelled and provided complaint to their customer service!! ✌🏽

  Stopped in for soup on lunch. Cashier barely greeted and took my order without saying much to confirm. Got back to work to see the wrong soup in my order. Swing through a drive through nearby to grab something to eat and decided to swing back to the store for a refund of the food I was not going to eat. Stepped back in through the rain and instead of listening about the refund I needed so I could make it back work the employee just left and started prepping more soup. Tried to flag someone down since I was already running late and had ten mins to eat and get back but was ignored. Finally was able to get a refund but wasted 30 mins of my hour lunch dealing with this. They offered a half assed apology and a pastry. Never going back.

  A broccoli soup without broccoli???? Why not call it cheese soup???? And the worst!!! I found a hair on my plate under my sandwich, disgusting 🫣. I found and employee and showed her, she only refunded the sandwich and offered me a pastry. I came home and had to throw up!!!

  I’m not sure how Panera stays in business. Their employees don’t give a crap about their work or customers. Luckily, the Autumn Squash soup is so good so I keep going back, but the staff is hard to deal with. This location was one of the worst. They ran out of French bread (at 6pm on a Thursday). I asked for a piece of break with my soup. They said they were out of break, while the entire shelf behind the employee was full of bread. I asked to have a different type of bread since French bread was incredibly out of stock. Employee said no. I asked to speak to the manager. Manager wouldn’t talk to me. She sent the employee back to say she approved my request, but only this one time. So I got a piece of sourdough, which was great. Hilarious that they couldn’t do this for a loyal customer without having to be asked and begged. Food is OK. But the staff at Panera Bread is terrible. Good luck going into bankruptcy.

  The U pick 2 I received, dazzled every taste bud it touched. It wasn’t just a meal — it was a revelation. The salad was SO fresh, like the Prince from Bel-Air. It was so nutritious, like an entire food pyramid. Each juicy tomato bursting in my mouth combined with the kalamata olives, crispy multiple leaf lettuce, cucumbers, and grains danced on my palate. The dipper was tasty beyond measure. More than a dipper and salad; this catalyst transformed the trajectory of my well being, guiding me on my path filled with vitality. The sourdough french baguette piece didn’t just feed me, it changed my life with each chew. Thank you, Panera🥗💪🏽
