I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and the bread was burnt and still tried it but was not to my liking. I called to speak with a manager. Brenda was her name and she treated me so good I honestly was llost for words. Brenda went above and beyond, she also personally made my sandwich and when I told her I had a lyft ride waiting outside, she offered to pay for my ride. I couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t except, she had already replaced my sandwich along with a free cookie and covered my brownie bits . Thanks again for the wonderful experience you really know how to treat your customers 😊❤️😻👍
