    We were staying in a hotel nearby and walked to Panera to get some dinner. This place looks like an abandoned nuclear bunker, with just one small window open for drive through. There was no obvious way for us to order anything or to pick up an online order, since we didn't have a car - and walking up to a drive through window is not a safe activity. I have no idea how this place stays in business, it is probably only regulars who know how to get any food out of it. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. This is not a user friendly place to get food

    I spent almost $45 and couldn't get enough dressing for my salad. Do you really think a tablespoon is enough for a large salad. On top of that, they only gave me a half of portion of Mac N Cheese. Why are you shorten your customers? I will never spend another dime here.

    I ordered a bread bowl with soup for delivery and I did not receive the bread bowl and then I asked for a refund and got told it has to go through a review with their accounting department and then once that’s complete if they decide to refund me for the food I never received then it could take 30 days for it to go back to my bank account. I won’t be ordering delivery from Panera again that’s ridiculous

    It was 9 am and they told me they don't have soup till 11 am why it's that they should have everything on the menu available right

    They only have take out, you can’t come into the lobby, you have to stand outside and don’t let it be a hot day. All this to say hopefully this place gets shut down or reconsiders their life
