  Hadn’t planned on writing a review of my poor experience here until an attempt to share my experience with the manager left me more upset than our poor experience. We’ve eaten here MANY times and honestly do enjoy the food and several servers have been very good. There have been minor issues now and then but have been addressed satisfactorily in the past. We understand places get busy and can be patient but today was too much, after waiting for service and being told they would be right back at least two other tables that came in well after us were served. When the server did arrive we did comment that the wait had been long and rather than an apology it was an attitude and something like ‘I’m here now are you going to order?’ That did set me off, I told my wife we were leaving and stood up. When I tried to say something I was cutoff with more attitude, I was shocked and just made our way to the door. I waited until the closer to closing to call and talk to the manager thinking it would be a better time. Just wanted to share the experience, wanted nothing than to be heard. As I was explaining who I was he said, ‘yes, the ones that were yelling?’ I was shocked by this as there was no yelling but I’m sure it was obvious we weren’t happy. Anyway, trying to move on from that as I was trying to relay the full experience he kept interrupting with excuses. Said he was sorry to all parties involved. Again, wanted nothing more than to share want happen in hopes for better experiences in the future but what the interaction actually provided me was a feeling of no longer being a welcomed or valued regular. My rating reflects positive experiences in the past but heavily clouded by today both in the restaurant and on the phone later with the manager.

  First time here. My sweetie was excited about trying a pumpkin bagel with her pumpkin cream cheese. I had a 9 grain bagel. Created an account on line. When I picked up our order they had substituted the pumpkin with pumpernickel! I guess pumpkin was done for the season but you could still order it in line. They need to have their IT person make the on line app tell you what's unavailable when you place an on line order. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I loved my 9 grain. At our request, they switched the pumpernickel for wheat. Both were excellent. Team here was friendly and professional. The location was clean and bakery items looked delicious. We will be back!
