They had me park at the 2nd pick up window for almost 10 minutes waiting for my food. After I saw the 10th car get their food and pass me, I just ended up taking the loss and driving away. I'm not sure what type of scam they're running here, but you cannot treat people like this.

When I came to the window and ask for a refund the manager was extremely freaking rude about it. Some people cannot have a lot of salt! I am one of them. I worked all day and it's kind of limited options what you can eat when you get out late. Regardless, if a customer tells you they want something you should oblige, I wasn't asking for anything crazy. The most wild part though was the manager being rude and not wanting to give me my $11 back. Like it's not even worth it at that point just keep and enjoy your review since you couldn't just figure out how to be a decent manager and handle a customer service issue.
