I honestly never have huge expectations for the staff at McDonald’s and as long as my food is hot I’m happy, but this is getting extremely out of hand. I live ONE MINUTE away from this store, and every time I order delivery it’s cold. Not warm, not room temperature—COLD. I honestly fail to understand how that’s even possible or how if it literally takes one minute to deliver my food, it’s always cold. When I order in store the food’s great, but delivery? 45 minute wait for a nugget meal and the food arrives like its been sitting for an hour. I’m so sick and tired of this store and it’s sorry excuse of a staff.
