The past few trips through the drive through we got ice cold fries, syrupy sodas and sloppy thrown together burgers. The quality of the food is not living up to the constant hike in prices. Going inside the AC was either off or broken in the play area so my kids were sweating after 5-10 minutes of play. Not a single employee I've encountered seems at all like they want to be there. The 1 handing out the food NEVER speaks and the 1 taking payment verifies the order and thats all thats said. I know this newer generation entering the work force are all introverted, but they need to work on basic public interactions if they get a job that interacts with people.
