If you’re like me and just curious about something you see on the menu, you may want to try a different McDonald’s. I stopped by at 5:35 AM and was greeted with a pretty rough attitude from the drive-through employee. Maybe she was having a bad day, and we all have them. But when you’re in customer service, you have to leave personal problems at the door. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Just sharing my experience.
