I can't have McDonald's cheese and frequently get resistance when I order a breakfast burrito with no cheese. Waylon (not sure if I spelled it right) has amazing customer service. I might have been a little snippy when he said the grill couldn't make it and he so calmly and sweetly explained why, but still went to talk to them to see if they could do it. He maintained such a happy professional tone and he is the right guy to have interacting with customers. ♥️

Sometimes I come here before coming to work and anytime I come here between 10:30pm -11:00pm it always takes 20 minutes in the drive through. Frustrating because I come here for fast service then my order will still be wrong.

Sorry that customer service could of been better. Very poor service. They put your food on they food location hold don't call it out. If you have pick up order they don't call it . The food is hot but poorly put together. Food is not wrapped correctly. Maybe just this side of town is like this cause the customers act the same way the staff do. I'm sorry this location can't have the W.
