After waiting 10 minutes to get to the windows to try to order. The black girl at the window told me I had to drive back around, get in the lane again to order or come inside. That's B.S. I left. I went to Jack-in-the-Box. Should have went there like I started to do.

No matter how many times I have ordered in the drive thru, inside, or through the mobile app for delivery, they never get it right. Literally every order is missing something, sofa is flat, and fries are never fresh. Save yourself the headache, wasted reward points for free items not showing up with order, and money wasted; just drive to a different location.
