  Apparently if you order delivery through the app, the company will not accept responsibility for their mistakes. Instead, they tell you to contact the company that delivered the order. The delivery company cannot help if the order was placed and paid for through the resturant's app; especially when the issue is not a bad delivery but the resturant just not putting everything i paid for into the bag!

  The manager here is RUDE! The guy taking orders at the drive thru is rude. First off the guy taking our order didn't greet us, just said "What do you want?" in a flat "I don't care" tone. Ok whatever. I ordered anyways. I ordered 1 bacon cheese burger thinking they would understand I meant the Quarter Pounder bacon cheese burger since it's the only cheese burger that comes with bacon. No they gave us 2 cheese burgers with bacon added. They didn't clarify anything at the ordering station or the 1st window where I paid or 2nd window where I picked up the order. And then when I came back in to correct the issue the manager was the rude and had major attitude. Honestly, if you don't like your job or you've had a bad day don't take it out on others. You're representing a company and your actions reflect on the company.

  The nuggets were obviously very old and the gal at the window was incredibly rude and she was rude very intentionally. When I asked to trade my nuggets out, instead of a quick apology and the swap, I got NOTHING; no eye contact, no acknowledgment or apology- only a funky attitude that of it weren’t for the expired nuggets, would’ve made me loose my appetite completely

  I came to pick up my mobile order 20 minutes after placing it, and inside I was told that it wasn’t ready. The burger bun was overcooked, there was no cabbage in the burger even though it’s supposed to be included, and I paid for two slices of cheese but only received one. The Coke in my cup was only half full. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
