    Ordered breakfast on mobile app for drive thru pick up WELL BEFORE BREAKFAST ENDED. Pulled up to the window and was told I couldn’t have my order because breakfast was over. Why didn’t you make my food when I ordered it? On top of that, the order spent my rewards points for free food which were never returned. STOP MAKING US USE THE APP IF ITS GONNA CAUSE ISSUES! Your app shouldn’t be giving me breakfast options if the order won’t be fulfilled by the time I arrive at your store!

    We were here for 30 minutes before we got our food, my coke was not good or bubbly, and my son pointed out a clump of ants on a piece of food on the floor, right next to our table. Our table was not cleaned and they had so many workers behind the counter and it still took an unnecessary amount of time for THREE Happy Meals. The play place is barely big enough for my three kids to play in, and eight was too many to fit in there. We used to live right next to this one, but we stopped coming to this one because it was very depressing to bring my kids to If you are looking for better service and drinks, a cleaner and bigger environment, take the time to go an extra mile down the street, to the McDonald’s on 16th St and Camelback, I promise you won’t be disappointed Their playplace is MUCH bigger and better and MUCH cleaner, and their soda machine is ALWAYS ON POINT

    Single worst experience I've had at a McDonald's. I pulled up at 9p to the first ordering stand at the drive-thru: "please move up to the second stand," a guy tells me over the speaker. Okay, I do that, and then sit there awkwardly for 30 seconds to no contact. Finally, I ask, "Hello?" At this point another attendant comes to the mic and takes my order. She then asks me to pull up to the first window to pay, which I do, but there's no one there. After waiting for some time, I finally decide she must have meant the second window, so I pull up there, and a cashier was in fact present there. I pay, and then sit there and wait for a full 5 min, which is an eternity to sit and wait in the drive-thru. She finally comes out and tells me there's a delay with my order (you don't say?), so please pull in to a parking spot and we'll bring it out. I pull in and sit there for another nearly 15 min, and no one comes out. Finally, exasperated, I walk into the restaurant and explain with great annoyance that I've been waiting on a drive-thru order for almost 25 minutes now. The lady working the pickup window goes back, bags my order, and finally brings it out. At this point I was beyond irritated and snatched the bag rudely, turned around, and left without saying a word. This was unfortunate as she was probably the one person in this whole episode who had been responsive or helpful, but it is what it is. I don't know how you manage to botch a simple order of a filet-o-fish and a 4 pc nugget this badly, but this was a new low. A drive-thru order that simple should never take 25 min to complete. Keep in mind that it would have taken longer had I not physically gone in and asked. Special shoutout to the lady who was working the drive-thru tonight for her absolutely pathetic customer service, leaving me stranded and waiting for some kind of interaction/update multiple times throughout this whole episode.

    As a walk in, You can only order by kiosks. Didn't order anything, just walked out as I want to order with an employee. They don't want my business

    I often go to this McDonalds before work. I didn’t get a chance to eat my breakfast so I waited until my lunch break to eat my food. Upon opening my bacon egg & cheese biscuit, I found a hair. This is my first time opening it so I know it didn’t come from me or my home. This is disgusting & I would suggest a hair net. Appetite ruined. Pic posted as proof.
