  Don't bother with the app. Took 30min and they still got the order wrong. Then the "crew trainer" tried telling me it would be another 30min if they remade my order! They were claiming to be busy. The only people there were waiting on food! Typical crap service!

  Service is rushed, cashier's are quick to always ask if one needs anything else after every item ordered. Restaurant needs more polite staff. At times the food is missing ingredients or missing from the complete order.

  All bad.. couldn't even get what we ordered the machine needed to be cleaned, and couldn't even get a tea, they were out... Nope never again.

  Update: As you can see, I got the generic response link from McDonald's staff below. I have indeed contacted corporate and not only did I never receive a response but they also closed my case without ever having addressed any of the problems that I brought to them. I'm looking forward to escalating this in any way that I can. In the meantime, find a better McDonald's don't come to this one. We waited over an HOUR for two breakfast meals and a coffee on Saturday morning (2/21). Order was placed at 10:20am for pickup. We arrived at 10:27am to find they were already backed up by 40+ orders. One customer had been waiting 45 minutes when we got there. There was no communication from staff. No apologies. No attempt to manage expectations. After waiting over an hour, finally leaving by 11:45am, we finally got our food and drove home. And it was wrong. Both breakfast sandwiches were made with the round egg white instead of the folded egg they’re supposed to come with. The iced coffee was bitter and undrinkable. We drove back to have it corrected and the manager on duty was unapologetic and dismissive. He even claimed the round egg is what they “usually use,” which is simply not true. No apology. No refund offered. No effort to make it right. This wasn’t just a busy morning. It was poor management and even worse customer service. Completely unacceptable. A refund isn't even enough to make up for all the time wasted and the hassle and attitude we received in return for our patronage. We won’t be returning to this location. Hope the manager is fired and goes for a lovely long walk off a short pier.

  Never answers their phone, like ever.. always forgets sauce, napkins, and straws.. also who puts the applejuices inside the kids meals? They do.. so kids fries are always cold? Been working for Mcdonalds myself for over 10 years.. never does my restaurant make the same mistakes.. theres always something wrong or missing with my orders here. And with 5 other mouths to feed when i shop here its not something little, its alot that im getting and alot im spending.. should be double checking your guys stuff and putting fresh friends in mobile orders..Id rather just start going in-strore so im not wasting money on door dash of uber.. i gotta start double checking the food before it leaves the store...🤔i still give it a three as it doesn't happen if/when i go in-store..
