This morning after a very tiring shift i decide to place a mobile order at this specific mcdonalds and i WISH i did not. Every time i come here it is always the worst possible outcomes. Not to mention the specific encounter i had this morning the lady sounding (from what i assume a hispanic young lady) gave the worst customer service to me and did not even once help me with the process of a refund. Who ever manages this mcdonalds please do betterr!!!!! I have worked in fast food and i completely understand that issues may occur but your employees need to learn more respect.
