The bun was also soggy with grease.They pieced together broke patties. We couldn't even eat it, it was so nssty. The fries were completely stale. Drinks were watered down. I need someone to contact me to get my money back because none of this food was edible and it shouldn't be served to people like this. I understand its fast food but this is unacceptable.

I ordered through the drive-thru and parked immediately as instructed. There was no greeting, no communication, nothing. After waiting and realizing my food was never brought out, I was forced to go inside because my order was apparently “lost.” What I saw inside made it even worse. Employees were standing around doing side tasks, one girl was casually cleaning the back of the ordering screen, and others were drinking soda right in front of customers instead of helping the people waiting. Meanwhile, I stood there for five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and then even longer for them to figure out where my order went. I understand places get busy. I understand wait times. But this wasn’t about being busy this was about a complete lack of urgency, organization, and basic customer service. As someone who works in this industry, I know this is not how things are supposed to be run. This experience was beyond frustrating and extremely disappointing.

Drive thrus are non existent anymore, you order, pay and have to park/wait for your food to come out and 50% of the time its wrong. Food, price is great but the customer service, speed and accuracy are nonexistent.
