  I worked super late and rolled up at 1 in the morning—exhausted but starving. The guy working (who legit looks like Asmongold) hands me my meal and goes, 'The fries are hot, be careful.' I was like LETS GO. Headed home, and boom—the food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious right when I needed it most. How do you even complain? Instant 5 stars, this spot is clutch for late-night cravings! Chat GTP did not need to remove basic profanity from this review.

During my visit, I encountered customer service that fell well below the standards I would expect from your company. The interaction was unprofessional and lacked the courtesy and efficiency typically associated with your brand. As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect respectful communication, accurate service, and a welcoming environment. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those expectations.   I ordered 4 6 piece nuggets on the app. I was only able to choose one type of sauce. If I changed the sauce option on one it changed them all. So when the normally nice lady (short, black hair, today her nails were long with pink tips) brings me my food, I ask her how I can get different sauces and she very rudely responds "you have to buy them" Ms. Ma'am, I'm asking for a reason. I should not be forced to choose one type of sauce for different orders. I felt like an absolute idiot going back through the drive through. Maybe I'm showing my age but when they bring a tray out with your food there used to be an option for more sauces. I already bought the food. I hope someone is super rude to that lady today. Also, what is with the smell in there? It smells like drains in the bathroom have never been cleaned but that smell is in the dining area. It hits you as soon as you walk in the door

  So I placed an order about 10:15, plenty of time before breakfast ends. I get there and I get a notification says my order was cancelled?! I think the rule should be when you place an order it will be ready not canceled once I arrive at the store. Manager just said sorry if you’re not here by then the order is canceled because it’s past 10:30am. This whole stop 10:30am breakfast is nonsense. Should be 12pm, because it’s the afternoon. 10:30am is still morning. I’ll just go to jack in the box, at least they offer ALL DAY BREAKFAST!!!

  It's known that they always mess up orders but tonight upset me, I typically just get my kid food cuz I don't have a lot of money but I can't go shopping till the first Wed of the month cuz that is the only time I can afford it nowadays so tonight I'm exhausted and hungry so I get two cheeseburger happy meals , and a 6pc nugget and a oreo dessert for my kid and it's hard enough being particular about food, my kid is too and others who are neurodivergent understand so anyway I get to the window and get a third of my order and the person is confused that I'm waiting for the rest, I tell them specifically that I am waiting still on a cheeseburger happy meal with ketchup and pickles only and he hands me a happy meal after I give my receipt and then I have to go back, luckily I was in the lot still because they also forgot the MC flurry. A nice kid got it for me and then I get home to find no cheeseburger in her happy meal. That's whatever but now I have no receipt bc he has it and nobody answers the phone. I am not going all the way back and fast food is supposed to be convenient not a roll of the dice if you get what you asked and paid for. I get everyone has bad days and people make mistakes but they can't do better or hire better (people who care about efficiency) if it's not addressed. I'm so tired bro. Maybe it's the autism but come on, when it's more times than not, that is an issue. Im annoyed, not angry but mostly just venting I guess. I gotta make better choices.
