Idk what jerk who has no life skills prepared my hamburger but this is unacceptable..... It's always an issue at this location. If I could post a picture of this nightmare of a hamburger I would. If you don't like your job quit, and if you're incapable of doing the job you should be fired. I was up since 1:00 a.m. and worked all the way up to the time my food was delivered at 3:00 p.m. and this was the first meal of the day..... Idk if it's even safe to eat, Lord only knows what you did to it. Never again McDonald's, I will not be ordering from any of your establishments anymore.

You messed up my coffee, among other things. Why are you taking the liberty of adding sugar to my coffee anyway??!!! What if I had diabetes?! Real smart. The girl taking pymts was great, patient, using her brain. There one handing out food..... back to training. She looked me in the face ave said she doesn't do mobile orders, when I have instructions to pick it up in the drive thru. Did she just expect me to be ok with that response? Maybe this location LIKES to have employees that cause conflict. Idk. She/him also asked me if I was just in the drive thru. Lol. What the what??! Yes and I'm still here because you have not yet helped me. The very last thing she finally hands me was my coffee. Loaded with sugar and looks like cereal milk, not coffee. BIG FAIL! MNGR stood there coaxing this diversity hire the whole time. Back to training!

Worst McDonalds ever!
Ordered $5 Double Cheesburger value box came with nuggets etc customized and removed 1 patty because it has 2 on it.. get this... they gave me 2 buns with only ketchup on it. You would think they would double check ticket because I don't know anyone who would order a hamburger bun with just ketchup only on it.. mind blowing!
No single patty, no onion, no pickle, no cheese.
Employees are unable to read tickets and dont really care about your order. This was the 2nd time they screwed my order up.
Done. Deleted app. No go! Save your money!

Okay, I am not one to complain or even leave a review. We eat fast food so rarely now and every single time this location has the same problems. First of all we only order on the app because the mess up the order every time you try to at menu. And even then always missing atleast 1 item. And to get anyone to treat you like you like a human here is rare. They kinda just stare at you at both windows give you your receipt, or food at the next. But it’s always some kid that just doesn’t want to be there. Back when I worked customer service jobs managers would hold you to some standard now it seems like everyone gave up. Just bad attitudes and bad service every single time from this location.
