  Diego is the greatest cashier of all time. Every day we come here he provides great customer service. Quinchero(or another name) is also a great cashier and provides fast service while multitasking. Thank you diego and montero.

  I hardly review anything because I'm not an entitled customer and I understand when a location is understaffed or has a bunch of orders. I used to work food service so I know some customers aren't first priorities when theres a rush. But it wasn't even busy, Took 30mins for me and my friends to get our orders and when we checked our food was sitting on their counter unhanded and nobody noticed us. It was just fries and two shakes which is crazy.

  This place is an absolute JOKE. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. First, you’re LUCKY if they say a single word within 5 minutes of pulling to the order screen. CONSISTENTLY. Then, they have every car pull and park in different positions once they FINALLY acknowledge you and you place your order. Then you wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. Every time I come here I have to rethink my life. This is the single worst McDonalds I’ve been to and that’s saying something as the bar is SO low to begin with.

  I have never had more trouble with a single restaurant than I have with this damn McDonald's. The employees are super complacent and borderline rude, they always mess something up, they'll hoard the good toys for themselves, they're one of the only McDonald's locations I've seen that won't let you fill your own drink, and they will only refill it for you once. I ordered two happy meals for my kids because they're trying to get specific Disney toys. Mind you, it's Christmas Eve, so I'm trying to make things special for my babies. (I'm a single mom, they had to sit in the car while I deliver food) We're almost done with December and they gave me LAST month's toys. I went back in and asked if they had the Disney toys. The girl at the front said the Kpop toys were the only ones they had. So I told her I'd like a refund bc the Disney toys were the entire reason we were there. She got the manager, who I explained the same thing to. The manager suddenly had an epiphany; "I think we might have some in the back!". She returned with two of the Disney boxes. Gee. I wonder where those were. She told me "you don't know what I had to do to get these!" Like what...dig in your purse? 🙄 They also put a ton of mayo on my son's burger, and no onion when he wanted extra. He refused to eat it. Huge waste of time and money, I definitely recommend going to a different location if you want to get what you ordered and paid for.

  I have one word for this location and it's bruh. This location was easily some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They were unprofessional and careless. One young lady who I believe had clocked out for the day was standing at the counter demanding a Dr. Pepper from her coworkers. They all kept making one young man, whose name I cannot remember, do literally everything. He was bussing tables, running orders to the cars, and pouring drinks. Better yet, they forgot my 2-year-old nephew's happy meal and when we returned to mention the forgotten happy meal, the employee was argumentative stating, "no, I gave it to you, I'm the one who made it." My husband was like "I can show you the bags if you'd like." To which she was still argumentative but said "I'll just make you another one." We were there for like 20 minutes and it was a wild ride the entire time.
