    Ridiculous. How do u ask for a survey on every single receipt you hand out... But not one emplyin the store knows how to honor it on the buy one get one free burger promo. Educate ur employees or stop advertising for BOGO. 1 star AND u don't pick up the phone. You pick it up and disconnect. Get it together

    Worst pissible Mcdonalds ever to go to. I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and got a hot chicken sandwich which is gross and I've cheeseburger. I had to wait 20 minutes with an online order and there was not one condiment or at all not even a straw that fell on the ground by accident. Which is ok if they would pay any attention to you when you're calling to them. I guess that's the world in customer service these days..

    No napkins, no ketchup, no refills, missing ordered condiments. Ordered a Frappe, the cup was cracked. Didn't remake it, only gave us an extra cup to put it in. The frappe had chunky ice, hard to sip.

    Sthefania the manager is very rude and unhelpful I gave her my code from the app and it took my points but she said it didnt go.thru and theres nothing she can do the app has nothing to do with them and is very rude so I loose out on my points and didnt get my item she stated that the app has been having issues all day today.So I don't know why they would even ask if I was gonna use a code , they should just tell people that it was down instead of having people waste their points for nothing she does not deserve her position and should give demoted to a regular employee has no traits of being a assistant manager nor a manager
