  This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the state of Arizona. I don’t know why I keep going back, but after I won’t be going back. The food was cold, there is ALWAYS something missing from the order, and the lobby smells like sewage. The staff is rude!!! For $70 I expect my junk food to be warm and accurate.

  Used the mcdonalds app 20% off of 20 dollars or more they redeem the code went thru but supposedly it didnt go through i asked for a manager he responded oh well too bad 9:16pm

  El peor servicio que e tenido en mcdonald's cuando pedí el Grinch meal para probarlo por primera vez no lo tenían y esta ya es la segunda vez que no lo tienen cuando lo quiero probar,¿por qué lo promocionan si no lo van a preparar?, no vuelvo a consumir en mcdonald's

  The food is great. I haven’t had an issue with nothing but one thing is that last time I went with my father and there was this rude lady that I was having an attitude with my dad. This is unacceptable. I will not let anyone talk to my dad like that my dad asked where are the sodas respectfully and she said well. I only have two hands with an attitude and she looked at my dad weird and I saw that she did and I’m not sure why she had an attitude with my dad he was being respectful to her so this is just poor customer service I will not let anyone talk to my dad like that and this has been like an issue for like a while. I’ve never really noticed until this happened. I have started paying more attention because last time one of my friends went with her husband, and the woman forgot to close her window, and she said idiot to him which they heard, and they were mad and was speaking to the manager, and the manager didn’t do anything. Also last time I went with my sister and I saw that she was taking forever and I was wondering so I went over there and she told me that that lady that was taking orders but hers. She was taking the other people’s orders, and the man told her oh I think that little girl is there and she proceeded to look at her and go do her thing which is unacceptable and poor service. I have started noticing this recently because there have been many complaints coming from other people that are my friends family members and my relatives last time. Also, one of my other friends was fighting with this employee that supposedly they didn’t give her cheeseburger that she asked for. And they were just fighting that it wasn’t on the receipt and it was but she just didn’t wanna accept it so she never ended up getting it and this is very bad. Poor service you guys seriously need to do better with your employees because that is just unacceptable. Because imagine you see people treating elderly people like that. Unacceptable. I will not let anyone be treated like this.
