Cold fries during lunch. Who wants to let the rest of their meal get cold just to run back inside and get hot fries. Absolutely ridiculous that you can't have fresh, hot food.

Lucy please find another job if you are so unhappy with this one Everytime I come in which isn’t often cause of your attitude and unwillingness to help customers you got an attitude and talk bad about your customers in front of of them with you being a manger that’s EMBARRASSING this McDonald’s has yet to get 1 of my orders correct y’all are always missing items, smashing up burgers and giving out cold Frys and nuggets I shouldn’t have to drive another 10 min to another McDonald’s when y’all are down the street PLEASE if you can’t put the fries in the bag get a new job 🤡

Food is what you would expect from McDonalds, pretty crappy, smashed up, 50/50 chance it’s cold and soggy, but usually tastes good. Half the time you’re missing part of your order, or sauce and no napkins. The worst part is, it always takes 20 minutes+ even with a mobile order.

On god I dont like to leave bad reviews but god do yall need to hire new employees. I came through the drive thru to be so “warmly” greeted by one of your employees acting as if I was the biggest burden of her night shift. Not only was she rude over the speaker but when we pulled up to the window and waited for her to walk over 10 minutes later she was even worse then, after almost throwing the bag of food to me in the car and slamming the window I realized that she forgot our drink so I waited until she came back. (Very pissed off btw :/) At this point we didn’t really care since all we wanted was our food but she decided to slam the window back open asking What and when i tried to say she forgot my drink she grabbed it and swung in towards me almost spilling. I get it people have bad days man, but for all of that AND FOR THE FOOD TO BE AS NASTY AND COLD AS HER??? Yall gotta be fr. I whipped back around and asked her for a refund bc we are NOT eating food that looked and tasted like that. If I come back to this location again and I see that it is that same big white lady with the glasses and short brown hair I will be taking myself ANYWHERE else man. 😭

Restaurant doesnt follow the mcdonalds menu recipes after a certain time THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOU COME TO THE WINDOW I asked do burgers come with diced onions I was told yes and if they dont thats weird as they're supposed to be cooked with them I didnt get any onions so I called the store simply to point out the error and even stated I wasnt looking to have my food remade just to make the issue known the store however I was told YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR ONIONS AFTER A CERTAIN TIME this wasnt told to me when I asked about the diced onions nor was this ever mentioned at all during my order its also false advertising if your recipe STATES ONIONS onions must be involved i paid for my burgers to come AS THE MENU DESCRIBES THEM not how the lazy store wants to do it will not be eating from this restaurant whatsoever in the future and will be escalating this to a corporate level as false advertising is against the law and selling items not as described is scamming the fact that you guys make fish filets after midnight which corporate doesnt do by the way but won't put some onions on while you cook my burger LIKE YOURE SUPPOSED TO ive worked for multiple fast food restaurants and none have ever been this foolish or scam their customers I paid for diced onions but got none which means I paid for something I did not recieve thats also theft by the way
