  Not only did they give me a wrong order, sandwich was missing, sauce was wrong, but the worst of all was finding this in the middle of Big Mac!! What is happening??

  Why is dine in closed early usally i go in after work at 12:40am-1:20am and dine in is open but the past few weeks ive noticed they've closed inside earlier cause usally im there till 3am with my buddies but now were forced to use the drive through and eat our food in the parking lot out in the cold

  The customer service is unreal, the self order machine was not working so I walked up to the register where a heavy set woman whom I think was in charge just walked away and left me standing there for a good 5 minutes, terrible attitude, finally another employee took my order. A little while later my 3 year old needed the restroom and when I asked she had the worse attitude and walked as slow as she could, I mean she is like 250 pounds but my point is if you don’t like people get another job!!!!

  Had issues at the ine closest to my apartment so tried this location and was even worse, ordered through the app just to be stuck waiting 15 for someone to say they're not accepting orders, couldn't get the app to cancel because the restaurant had already said they're working on it, employee I talked to was very rude and not helpful at all will not be going back

  Not the type to do these reviews but after tonight I don’t know how this “manager” still has a job. Went thru around 1230am and when ordering guy taking the order seemed to be doing two things at once(not well at that) and didn’t put in a whole meal that I ordered. Didn’t notice when I paid and got the food. Went home, then realized that the whole meal was missing. Went back for a remake and potentially a refund for having to come all the way back. All the other employees I spoke with were sweet and understanding of my frustrations. They said they would remake the order and the manager would be over to talk to me and give me a refund, they said we think she is in the bathroom not sure. I said okay no problem. I see the manager come over they explain the situation to her, and instead of coming to the window saying hello and asking what happened, she basically threw the money and receipt at me said “here’s your refund” and slammed the window in my face. At this point I haven’t been rude or anything like that but now that was just plain disrespectful and unprofessional. I sit at the window waiting for her to come back and when she does she opens the window and says “what?” In a very rude manner. I said so am I going to get my food? And she replied with no you got the refund. She was very rude and not trying to resolve the issue to make the situation right. Never returning. Rather would drive 10 more mins than deal w that again.
