NOT💥24/7 Last 4 visits at 4am For Coffee I am told they are closed because short staffed?? Been coming here 20 + years!! Jack in the Box 24/7 isn't closed because short staffed.

Staff was really rude in drive thru. The young man that took my order slammed the window in my face mumbled something under his breath. The girl that gave me my food instead of here you go push the bag into my hand know how are you no thank you no see you later rude at both ends

Worst place I asked them for the big Mac bundle with mayonnaise on it. They just threw mayonnaise in the bag when I drove up to the Window. The guy was too worried about the football game that was on then to deal with me went home. Tried to eat the food noticed that it was wrong. I went back the next day and they asked me for a receipt and I said I don’t have a receipt. They never gave me one. They said well they can’t do nothing without a receipt so I drove through the drive-through again and order the same meal and I asked for the receipt. They said they don’t give out the receipt at night.

You guys need to start prioritizing doordashers. Everytime I pick up from here I’m waiting 10 minutes past expected pick up time. It’s because this places constantly passes on dash orders. I’ve seen so many arguments between management and dashers at this location.
