  Muy mal servicio., lento, hice mi orden on line para recoger en mostrador, ya estaba lista ., estaba la manager decorando., en igual de ayudar...de nombre yisella algo asi...mi hija le dice que si la puede ayudar que ya esta lista la orden para recoger y dijo que NO de una manera muy fea...no se porque tienen este tipo de personas al frente de la compañia...no tienen modo de decir las cosas...fue un momento muy desagradable....

  DONT COME HERE!!! So I went through the drive-through and I ordered a number nine with a extra cheeseburger and two large dollar nine drinks a sweet tea with light ice and a Coke with light ice so I’m halfway home and I look in a bag. There was only two cheeseburgers instead of three so that will be my last time ordering there. I’m not going to order my food there no more.

  Well, we ordered 4 meals, waited an hour for them to find out they gave our order to some random. Even though they put the receipt thing on the car. Then made us way to remake the food, not even an apology for their screw-up. Ice in our drinks melted while waiting on our meal. This place normally messes up, that's kinda McDonald's things. Hire people who can mess up simple orders but today takes the cake.

  This was probably the worst possible experience at a McDonald's ever. The service was absolutely terrible we came through the drive-thru. 5 cars came and went while we waited. I went inside to ask about the food, and a employee started telling another customer that he was gonna start locking doors so damn customers couldn't walk on his floor and how it was bullshit and let the manager deal with pissed off customers. Another employee was walking by with food. I asked about my order he replied with attitude this isn't for you. Then blew out air and walked off. I'll never go there again.

  I walked from cactus and 35th to 35th in Peoria. For the McDonald's to order something, I only had a $50 bill. I was trying to buy some food. I got declined. Cause they were trying to act like to have no change and the manager took my orders. She could have broke the bill. I took my $50 and it's crazy how Taco Bell didn't have that much change. And they asked their manager and their manager broke it. Do better McDonald's they made me look like a fool.They told me you can leave and go get change. I was craving McDonald's on a long day of shift at work just to get declined. For having a big bill and the manager was working i didn't know her name. She didn't have a name tag. It was a manager. 5pm january 28 2026
