  If you can avoid this area do so at all cost. Last time I was at this location there was a bum fight outside and they were really going at it. They also found someone dead nearby recently. What a dump. McDonald’s customer service is rarely worth your money.

  The best costumer service we had ever had at McDonald Courtney was so professional and knowledgeable fun respectful and such alive spirit she made our day five stars thank you we will come back even do we live out in 20 minutes away

  Hell of alot better then 19 ave and northern. Though the staff has as much personality as the kiosk you have to use. Least the order was correct. Cant wait for automation to take over.

  Zero stars....Came on Christmas with my family for breakfast. Waited over an hour In the lobby for my food to be ready. Mostly door dasher were inside also waiting for a long time. Manager carmen comes in and promos someone off a free breakfast sandwich. When I ask her to check my order because I've been waiting over an hour!!! She tells me they can't make my breakfast because breakfast was over... but her friend can get breakfast? They also clear their screens to have better times which is crazy, putting stickers over all the pie equipment, super unorganized. She tells me to find the order on my app, which is now timed out because it's been over an hour and they clear their screen. Now my app thinks I picked up the order, which is not true. I ask her for a refund for my $38 dollars and she said she can't. Okay so waste over an hour of my time on Christmas... and take my money and not return it. Then some dude in the lobby tried to fight my husband because your employees can't make things right with us when we tried to express things weren't right. I ask for corporates phone number and she hands me a receipt with the store number... corporate will be called, I want my money back and will stay far away from your store. The fat dude with the crown on his neck told me for over an hour my order was still being worked on. Way to go mcdonalds, thanks for upsetting a family of 4 and robbing me of my money.

  If I could leave no stars, I will leave no stars. Pulled up to the mcdonald's this morning placed and ordered ten minutes before ten thirty, and they had told me that they had already decided to stop selling breakfast. Refused to give me my money back and said I had to wait up to 24 hours on Christmas day. Instead of offering an alternativeThe girl that was taking my order at the drive through decided to disconnect her headset and continue on to the next customer in the other lane. Very unprofessional.
