And expect you to reorder and pay again while you're waiting a week to get your refund. More than one person this has happened to in the last 10 minutes, and management is not helpful at all. Their answer is basically, oh well, pay again.

I work at the Whataburger right next to this McDonald's and figured I would eat something different for my 30 minutes break. As you know McDonald's is known for their speed of service, I ordered 3 cheeseburgers. They are small, easy, and usually come out fast. Today I waited 20 minutes for them to call our my order, which they didn't, and I eventually went up to the front to ask them about my order. Mind you, their drive through had a car or two and the lobby was relatively empty. I had waited 7 minutes to get any help at all, when the reception checked the back they had said it was still being made. I had gotten my burgers 5 minutes after this. As someone who works in both the reception and production of food at Whataburger, I am extremely impressed that it's possible for a fast food restaurant to be this slow and disorganized. The staff was running around like headless chickens with only a few orders. If you're looking for better and faster service, just come to our Whataburger. I didn't get to eat on my break due to this, I'm sure I won't be coming back again.

Not only that, but I could also hear clearly for once and their energy did not interfere with accuracy and expediency (not that I mind a slower line for such great service).
