- AHAnna HuebschNov 8, 20251.0The lady in a maroon shirt they had running the front register this morning 11/8/2025 was horrible and her attitude was disgusting. Definitely not someone that should be working in customer service that always looks and acts like her job is such an inconvenience to deal with customers. Ordered a meal sausage breakfast burritos and asked for extra cheese on them. I know they come pre made but they have given this to me before and I said as much never rude about it because I believe in treating everyone how I want to be treated. Well she didn’t like me making her so more work than necessary and rolled her eyes then went to ask someone else. Then proceeded to not say another word to me even though I said thank you and waited patiently and then got mad rolled her eyes again for the 3rd time because I asked for 2 hot sauces because she didn’t ask me like they normally do while finishing checking out. Then they didn’t even add the cheese and it wasn’t even put on the receipt as an adjustment she just decided to ignore me. I understand hating your job but have never had such blatant disrespect. All of the other employees that work there are great if I don’t have to deal with her again I would keep going but definitely rethinking now.

- SGSamurai Games-Sep 27, 20251.0I've been coming here for 2 yrs now and it's been great , this new manager ANIKA for this store is beyond ridiculous refusing service to people if they don't lock their bikes/e bikes behind the store on a tiny rack that holds 2 bikes where it's by the drive thru and literally unseen where anyone can come up and grab them. Not coming here anymore more been parking my bike in that same spot for yrs
