Pretty slow for fast food. It would be understandable if the food came out hot and fresh. Slow and low quality product

I was having to kill some time on January 5th 2026 at night for my flight out of PHX airport so me, my wife and my 2 granddaughters, 9 and 12 decided to go get some Mcds to chill, it's their favorite day food. It was still to early to check our luggage, when we got to the location it was super sketchy and parking lot was dirty, trash all over. We went inside after getting pass the homeless group of 5 or 6 right in front of side door. Once inside the restaurant itself, it was dirty, tables not wiped down, kiosks for ordering were disgusting and sticky and trash cans were full and floors looked like they hadnt seen a mop in a week. After ordering i only got part of my order (dine in) when i went to front counter i waited and waited and waited to be acknowledged finally i had to call someone out loud, i was missing a large caramel machiatto iced coffee. I waited probably 10-15 minutes for it. In the meantime my wife went to go take our granddaughters to restroom to find a lady with all her belongings spread all over the floor of the stall and she was on the floor as well, the stall closest to the wall (right side as soon as you go in) i was watching from counter while i waited for my iced coffee. She already didnt want to go in to restroom but my granddaughter was saying she had to go, so when my wife went into next stall right next to whoever was in the next one over on the floor, first thing she saw was a used syringe with blood on it on the floor between the stalls, we assumed someone was shooting up. She turned around and walked out and let manager know (older lady with glasses, she looked white but she spoke spanish) my wife told her what she saw in restroom and manager and another black lady walked in restroom, called the lady by her name and told her to pick up her belongings and leave but very politely. It took a good 15 minutes for the lady to exit the restroom and then just hanged in lobby with a couple other ladies that looked also like druggies. After a while they stepped outside to meet up with some other sketchy looking ppl before they finally all left, a good ½ hr. We did not feel safe at all the whole time, even my granddaughters didn't want to play in the playplace because they said it was dirty and smelled like spoiled diapers. We were disappointed the manager didn't call the cops but i guess that's a frequent thing at that location being that the manager called the lady by her name and asked her to politely leave. Smh this is the location of 3340 E. Thomas its about 10-12 minutes from the airport.
