  I waited 22 minutes for my food I was really surprised I waited so long with so many employees. And there was someone calling out numbers so loud it really scared me he was so loud I was going to speak to the manager but she did not look approachable So I let it go

  Pretty much gamble if my iced coffee will be sweet or not, despite my customization of it being sweet with extra sweetener, all sugar-free stuff. But when it's good it's really good and really cheap for a large iced coffee anywhere. I haven't really ordered any food from this place but my husband has and he says his experience has been pretty good so four stars is fair. When I see three stars I think there's something lacking and even though I'm not always happy with the iced coffee they make up for it whenever I am

  They tell me they out early on monopoly and they tell me then its over like to cover there ashes but I bought drinks with the intent of the monoply they still have decor up and its still in there system and there was no indication that they where out at all I bought this on 10/29/25 this is and a scam.

  One of the worst stores for customer service. Today I made a online order and my number was #NL79 after waiting for 15 minutes I asked about my order and was given a order #1868 I told the manager that my hash brown was probably cold now,she responded with a frown but did get me another one when she returned with that same frown. Thanks for the cold breakfast sandwich too. I work in retail, I know prices are going way up, so be better to people spending their hard earned money.

  PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT ALL OF THESE FLIES!!! THEY'RE ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE!!!This place is gross. What do they do at night??? Coming in for breakfast just after 5am there is nowhere to sit unless you remove the leftover trash on the tables and wipe tge crumbs and ketchup off the seats, yourself . The flies are rampant landing on our food, drinks,our kids our faces. We have to cover our food with napkins between drinks and bites. Trashcan are overstuffed and the smell is horrible. Why are they waiting for customers to sit down for breakfast to start wiping tables and mopping floors while they're trying to eat???? This place is horrible gross. We just do something as simple as wanting to use the restroom to wash our hands and it's crowded with drug users blocking our access. How is this a family restaurant?
