  I stood at the front counter waiting to order at 5:10 am and the manager getting the drive thru orders just looked at me but never acknowledged me. She never asked if I was needing help, picking up, waiting for an order, nothing. another manager came in to work and at 5:14am made her way to the front and I asked her if someone could help me. She asked the other manager why I wasn't helped and she said she didn't know what I was waiting for but again, never acknowledged me or asked. The one that I asked for help said they want the customers to use the kiosk if someone is by themselves. She was by herself because another worker was walking back and forth kinda helping with bagging the orders and two other workers were making the orders. I then said you should have a sign stating that on the counter then. They give priority to the drive thru and ignore the customer inside the restaurant. I stood there so long my code for the app expired but the manager that helped me was able to get my food for the price I would have gotten it for. Other employees also need to respect the customer too because another employee just walked up while I was ordering and asked for a coffee ☕. Did he not see me or hear me or was it just that he felt entitled because he worked there? I believe more staff needs to be scheduled because we're on our way to work and I refuse to use the drive thru or kiosk when they are able to take my order at the register. No good customer service anymore

  This has to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, I had to sit in a line of other customers for 30 mins waiting for a 10 piece nugget and 2 snack wraps

  All I wanted was a hot coffee but instead got cool coffee with a leaking cup. First thing in the morning it was a horrible start to the day.

  The workers don't have proper training they even fail to keep the Area clean flys all over the place...

  This McDonald’s is a disaster. Dirty, full of flies, and the staff and management walk around like clueless minions with no idea what’s going on lol it’s quite comical. They dont wear gloves to handle food and don’t even get me started on Management. They don’t understand that their job is hospitality and seem completely clueless about running a store. The managers and workers look constantly annoyed, as if dealing with customers and working for McDonald’s is the worst thing in the world.
