Online order took an additional 30 mins after app said was ready to pick up and was told by drive attendee to pull forward to wait for food. Marcella and crew must've been having a bad day because she cussed up a storm when attempting to discuss the the poor service being offered. When I confronted her about it, she mumbled her name and continued to use profanity but recognized from previews poor review and picture She Refused to provide additional contact info to report incident Food was un edible and appeared tampered with. Don’t feel comfortable going back and probably will never be back to this or any other McDonald’s appears most employees share the same type of poor attitude, behavior and customer services at most location and it appears to be a recurring behavior from repeat staff members at this location .

Always have an attitude for no reason it’s the females specifically they complain they are behind on lunch that ends at 10:30 they are short staffed probably cause the nasty attitudes no one wants to work with rude girls. If you don’t like your job go work somewhere else
