    THEY ARE LAZY AND CLOSE EARLY THEN SATATED ON THE DOORS AND THEY DONT CARE IF ITS 10.32PM ITS APPARENTLY 11.00 PM TO THEM ITS THE 2 TIME IN A ROW @10.25-10.35pm that's ive done a online order and already paid and they ethier won't serve me or lock me inside ... I will be complaining about that NEEDS to be fired 45 years old RUDE lady with medium wavy brown haired lady to corporate on the phone and general mangers at the store on Monday in person (i bet she wont be rude infront of a manger) its the SECOND TIME IN A ROW this weekend that they decided I cant get my food because they don't want to work ... they don't need to be paid if they don't wanna work... I work 16 hours shift and sleep 6 hours in between shift working medical.. I dont appreciate the way I was talked to or the way the situation was handled 💯

    Every time I’ve come to this McDonald’s it has high volume and no workers!! second problem is that they literally will tell people in the front counter with their children and families TO GIVE US ONE SECOND (10min later literally) Accommodate them -A female asked for a refund for a coffee. She decided to reprimand her employee by yelling over coffee that the lady literally waited 10 minutes for. Professionalism will be third. I’m going back to me. I seen two people who peed out of chaos after me. Go ahead and get their meals. I’m still waiting too order 727 at 8:25 is more like 15 minutes now

    If I could rate a negative star, I would. Worst service we ever received at this location. I get it, your busy. But you served the entire drive thru. While I waited 32 minutes for my order in the dining room. Smfh! I ordered at 9:21pm. I received my order at 9:53pm. We were on our way to a movie. Which we had to miss because the service is terrible here. The lady said there was only her there working. When there was 4 other people there. Come on, I can see the other workers. I also heard her say, people are so impatient today . Yes, I am inpatient. You just served a customer who came in after me. The reason I know this, is because I asked them how long have you been waiting? They said we came in after you. I asked for my money back. The worker said I'm waiting to hear back from the GM. Then all of sudden my other was ready. The worker said that I cancelled it. We're waiting to give her a refund. I said if my food is ready, I'll take it. I'm not gonna wait another 30 minutes for a refund. What happened to customer service? If corporate sees this.... Reach out. Because your employees need a refresher on common courtesy, sense of urgency, customer service skills and the ability to run your company. It's called fast food for reason. One angry customer. 😡 Btw, the ice cream machine was down while I was there. They were giving out free pies or shakes or fries or whatever they want as a replacement. I'd say that is money lost to your company.

    If I could rate a zero I WOULD!!! Morning shift is so disrespectful AS ALWAYS It was me and several customers 2 of them were elderly before I said I'll get a water from my car I was In line for 20minutes came back in they were still in line they kept speaking in Spanish and laughing! I ONLY COME FOR MY KIDDOS TO PLAY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MC.DONALDS AT ALL.

    I usually come here everyday since it is the closest play place but since coming everyday the employees and managers have started discriminating against me. I order table service and they bring everyone their food except for me. I have a disability which may not look like it but table service is not an accommodation it is something they offer. I have also had incidents that almost caused my children’s life where I told them my kids are allergic to cheese and they would purposely put cheese on the sandwich. I spoke to the manager which her name is Victoria and she does nothing. Well recently I had an encounter with a lady name Fay who was speaking Spanish to the other employees about me and then when I told her I speak a little bit of Spanish she start yelling at me in front of everyone saying that I always come in with the kids and always have an issue at least 3 times and continue to get loud and say she will never bring my food out. They are racist at this location and need better staff. I hope they review the cameras on 1/16 between 11:10am-12:00PM. No employee should be yelling at any customer. MCDONALD’S PLEASE GET YOUR EMPLOYEES BEFORE YOU HAVE A LAWSUIT ON YOUR HANDS!
