So, I politely asked the staff for a plunger to fix it, because I know how to handle these things and didn’t want to leave them with a mess. Instead of being understanding, they told me I was banned from the store for causing a "disturbance." Excuse me? I asked for help, tried to fix the issue, and yet somehow I’m the problem? This is a level of customer service I never thought possible. I’ve been a loyal McDonald's customer for years, but after this ridiculous experience, I’m never coming back. Banning me for attempting to do the right thing? Unbelievable. You’d think a company that serves millions would know how to handle a clogged toilet better than this. Avoid this location if you care about your dignity.

She gave us a lot of attitude when we asked a simple question about a deal regarding the app and mcgriddles. The food tasted great but the service was extremely short and rude, I don't need much to be satisfied but I'd rather drive to 35th and union instead of get McDonald's here.
