  El baño no lo abren porque no quieren ,,llegas a comer algo el lugar está sucio y además no puedes entrar al baño …Si hay otro lugar cerca mejor vayan a otro .. porque dejar tu dinero en un lugar que ni siquiera te permiten ir al baño

  We have been to this location several times. The food is good. The service is terrible. They constantly screw up our order. The dining area is not the cleanest and the restrooms are always "out of order". If it weren't for the food tasting so good to us compared to where we are living, I would give this lication a 1 star...

  Worst mcdonalds I've ever experienced. I was jumped by 3 males they came close to killing me. I tried to get help after ordering a meal to go b4 the lobby closed. I was in the Drive-Thru asking the manager for help with a bloody nose and all my front teeth knocked out of my mouth. The response I got was ma'am you can't be in the drive-thru they wouldn't even call an ambulance for me. The most traumatizing you experience I've ever had at McDonald's I'm not saying a lot cuz I used to manage one

  Went in and purchased a breakfast meal, the steak biscuit, it's was pretty good. I was still hungry so I went back to the kiosk and purchased another, but just the sandwich. About fifteen minutes later I went to the counter to see what was going on, and was told I hadn't ordered anything. Eventually a manager came out, she said she would check on it, then said I was lying or that I didn't have money on my debit card and wasn't charged. Needless to say, I didn't receive the sandwich I paid for. When I got home I called the bank and the rep looked up both transactions, she said yes you definitely paid for it, so I have disputed the transaction. I must say, I don't appreciate being called a liar, nor the insinuation from the manager that I must be a deadbeat with no money. Particularly in her loud tone of voice, in front of several other customers, and I really think customer service is not her cup of tea. Furthermore, I hope the $6.10 was worth it to the corporation or store owner because Ronald McDonald has lost a customer for life, and I don't care what or how long it takes but I'm going to make sure that the bank does not honor this transaction. I did not try to steal anything from this poorly led fast food establishment, and I'm not going to allow this manager to steal from me.

  I've had a really pleasant experience at this location. The food I ordered was fresh,hot, and prepared the best way possible. The employees were extremely busy, but we're able to assist customers in a reputable fashion. I would also like to address Trina for an outstanding performance because even as the lobby was almost about to close, she was still able and willing to take my coffee order so I can have a productive night shift.
