  Went through curbside to get 3 drinks and 8 sandwiches. They gave me three sandwiches instead. When I contacted them about my missing sandwiches they said to come through the drive thru. The employee didn't even say anything just opened the windows and threw the bag with my missing sandwiches in the car then shut the window. I'm never coming back to this location.

  They told me to park after i ordered 2 small items in the drive thru. Still waiting after 10 minutes. Why not just make it then hand it to me? Its also 30 cents for a packet of ketchup here lol

  I went through the drive through on Sunday, waited 15 minutes which I was ok with, ordered 2 sausage,egg sandwich, and a large coke, paid the guy like $8.00,;went to pick up my food and I asked the young kid for 2 packs of ketchup, he looked at me and said you gave to.pay extra for condiments, I said for 2 packs of ketchup, he said yes, so I said ok here's a dollar he said you have to go though the line again and order the 2 packs of ketchup and pay for them, I have been to a lot of McDonald's in Phoenix, and never have I been so pissed off, he is lucky I did not throw my food back at him, this was the worst I ever been at a McDonald's, I own a business about 1/4 mile from them, employee 36 people I'm going to put a memo out saying if you go to that McDonald's for lunch, I will give you 3 days off without pay, but if you go to Whataburger which is across the street from them I will pay for your lunch, DO NOT GO THERE, IF YOU DO BRING YOUR OWN KETCHUP

  make sure you receive your receipt at this location and I would suggest never using cash. The cashier tried to cheat me today 2/15 2:28pm and told me my total was $21 once I said I was paying with my card the total changed to $17 and instead of automatically giving me a recipe i had to ask for one. management Should definitely look into this location

  Misplace always gets my order wrong. And today I sat my drive through for over 10 minutes, as they helped line number one. And everybody had a back out of line number two. I ended up with no food now I have to get back to work.I would recommend not stopping here if you have any time restraints.
