So extremely slow especially when ordering curbside pickup with wait times of 20-30 minutes. And we always have to park for orders when going through drive thru.

Order 2 new buffalo McChicken sandwich meals ..got hot I could not even bite into the chicken opened the sandwich and the chicken is a tiny little chicken patty and they put ends of a tomatoes on my sandwich,called the manager Jasmine to tell her and she kept saying they have been making them fresh all day...like I was lying finally she said we can make sure 2 fresh ....when I was there to order them they told me they had no bacon then when I got my order looks like they had bacon

Im a door dasher that arrived at 4:00am. They employee said they had no door dash orders. I tried to tell her that it might be on their door dash tablet. She kept interrupting me so I was not able to get out a full sentence. As a consumer I would not order from this mcdonalds.

What a nightmare! After waiting an abnormally long time to pay for our order because nobody is staffed at the register, we found a table and our daughter headed to the play area. After a fairly normal amount of time they brought out only part of our order, we waited a little bit to see if the rest of our order would arrive and when it didn't, I went up to the register and waited in line to inquire. Here's where we find out that they never even made the rest of the order and of course they had taken my receipt to look into where it was and conveniently lost it. I waited and waited until I finally got an employee's attention to ask for a manager, my intent at this point was to just get a refund and go elsewhere but right as the manager arrived, so did our food. 30 minutes from paying to getting our food! Even longer for ordering and waiting to pay. Unbelievable and totally unacceptable, we could have gone to a sit down restaurant and gotten faster service.

I placed a breakfast order online for drive thru pick up and when I pulled up to pick my order up the employee said they closed breakfast and could not complete my order. They cancelled the order and said I wouldnt be charged. Its been 5 days and the charge was posted on my account and my money has not been returned to me. I called the restaurant to let them know about it beforehand on the same day I ordered it because I noticed the receipt they gave me didnt say cancelled or refunded. It showed I was still charged and the manager said it wouldnt charge me. I just disputed the charge with my bank but now I have to wait 19 business days to even see the refund in my account! This is outrageous and a waste of my time and money. Management needs more training!!!
