  I dont want to knock McDonald's. But thos store needs customer service training ASAP.... I was in an accident outside, went in bleeding and got no help from any employe, not even an offer to call for help...

  I paid for extra pickles and extra sauce on the fish sandwich and receive neither for both.

  02/26/26 at around 9:05 pm. Please check your bags (both employees and customers alike) because I was told I was okay to leave after I received my order. The employee at the pick up handed me my bag in complete silence so I stayed, thinking I was still going to get something else. I wasn't able to check the bag when he came back and asked "Do you need something?" in a bothered tone. I asked "Oh. Am I good to leave?" And he just nods. Come to find out I'm missing two cheeseburgers :/ I know what it's like to work service (I work at a donut shop right now!), people can be a lot to handle, but some basic respect is always necessary. Use your voice, communicate with me. I shouldn't have to ask if I'm good to leave and feel like I'm bothering the employees, in my honest opinion. A simple, "you're all set" or "have a good day" is enough. Mistakes happen, I get it. I'm not mad that I was missing something. But the combo of missing food, incorrect info, and poor service is what really gets me. And please, for the love of god, answer your phones. I'd rather just do a quick refund over a phone call than submit a complaint through the McDonald's website and a review through Google. I'm bothered enough to just contemplate doing a charge back and be done with this location.

  Drive thru- ordered chicken nuggets and fries (2/6/2026 @ 4:00pm). I got home, hungry and ready to eat. Opened my nugget box and to my surprise! I got extra crispy (burnt/over cooked) nuggets and my fries, bland, not cooked long enough. Someone back there needs to be retrained on the fryers (both nuggets and fries). I didn’t eat them, but my older son did, lol, he eats everything - with added heavy ketchup. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  Let me walk you through the absolute trainwreck that was my experience at this McDonald's this morning. I woke up early to grab breakfast for my pregnant wife and our three kids. Simple enough, right? Wrong. I pull into the drive-through and immediately pick the slow lane — three cars fly through the other one while I sit waiting behind one. When I finally get to the speaker, the employee asks if I'm using the McDonald's app. I say no. Then — nothing. Dead silence for a full 30 seconds. I literally had to say "Hey, I'm still here. Are you ready?" just to get her to take my order. I pay at the first window with a tap. No receipt. Just "go to the next window." I get to the second window and they tell me to pull forward to a THIRD window where someone will hand me the food. I pull up. Nobody is there. Not a soul on the other side of the window. Meanwhile three cars are passing me, I've got a hungry kid in the backseat, and I have a meeting at 8 AM. I've now burned over 20 minutes at a drive-through. So I park and walk inside. And lo and behold — there's an employee just strolling around the lobby carrying MY order in a brown bag. I confirm it's mine, she hands it to me, and the bag rips open on the spot. I'm already so behind schedule that I just grab it all, walk past the homeless encampment camped out in front of the entrance, and head to my car. I get home, open everything up, and — shocker — half the order is missing. Including the drink. But wait, it gets better. The food they DID give me? IT HAD MOLD ON IT. Mold. On the food. From a restaurant that is supposedly serving people breakfast. Over 20 minutes wasted. A ripped bag. A incomplete order. And moldy food handed to a family with three kids and a pregnant woman at home. This location is a health hazard and an embarrassment to the brand. I'll be contacting corporate. ---- EDIT (2/6): I contacted McDonald's corporate, filed a complaint through their feedback form, and reported this to the Maricopa County Health Department — who have now opened an investigation into this location. The store's response? A generic form letter apologizing for my "inaccurate order" and promising to remind staff to "double-check orders." They completely ignored the fact that I was served food with visible mold on it. No refund offered. No acknowledgment of the actual issue. I've since replied requesting a refund and am still waiting.
