Review Title: Serious Security Breach and Mismanagement — Stay Away
I booked my renovation stay for two people, but upon check-in, only I was present. I was informed that my guest could check in later with valid ID. When my guest arrived, I explained the policy, and he left in my truck to retrieve his ID.
Approximately an hour later, I exited the restroom to find Security Guard Mike from Valleywide had entered my room without permission. He appeared surprised to see me and immediately informed me I was being evicted for having a guest. I attempted to explain the situation, but he refused to listen.
I then spoke with the night manager, Ray, who initially had no knowledge of the incident. After speaking with security, she reversed her stance and supported the eviction. Despite my efforts to clarify, I was denied access to my room and forced to sleep in my truck because no other rooms were available.
The next day, I received a generic message thanking me for my stay. After conducting my own investigation, I discovered disturbing information suggesting that security may have intended to rob my room, assuming I had left the premises.
I am filing formal complaints with local law enforcement and corporate offices. If you’ve experienced anything similar, I strongly urge you to report it to your local police department.

Drive thru suck tonight 11/14/25 no one answered so we went to window and a young man asked what we wanted and we said 2 large soda and he was rude told us to go back to line and order. They need to put their head things on and pay aattention to people that is at the drive thru saying hello 10 times to get them to answer. If there is management tonight please talk to them.

For the sights to see outside such as the sleezy 8 motel and the unhoused all around the food here is pretty decent (sans filet of fish) whoever sets the syrup ratio for the soda machines is a true legend. I work down the street and hit this up from time to time. It's definitely one of the better locations.

They won't serve you breakfast until 6 am. I work at 5am i tried to buy breakfast before work and was told to order lunch menu items. There was only breakfast items displayed on the menu screen in the drive thru. Don't display a breakfast menu if I can only order off the lunch menu for one. Dont be rude about my confusion that I can't order what I'm literally reading off your current menu secondly. Third open more than one lane if cars are wrapped around the building and have a exit lane for customers that want to leave after learning they can't order off the displayed menu which was half the cars in line.
