I went through the drive up today at 2:30 PM I waited over 5 minutes for someone to come on the speaker to take my order. I got to the window and I waited another five minutes from the first window to the pickup window to get a simple order. Which was a coffee with espresso. I got to the second window and was told that the espresso machine was down. I explained to the person who I believe was one of the managers that it is unacceptable to have to wait over ten minutes to receive an order and be waiting that long at a fast food place.And that for vehicles in front of us, with large orders, they should go and park to the side until their order is ready.Poor customer service.
