- MLmoco li1Nov 25, 20251.0I asked the manager for a refund as they handed me the food because I was not satisfied with it the ice cream was watery and melted it's a shake it's supposed to be thick I ordered a Oreo shake they gave me two cups because I ordered a large and a small and they didn't even fill them up the large was literally about the same size as the small shake shakes are supposed to take a while to finish because how thick they are that's why it's a shake their Oreo shake was so watery I had to hurry up and eat it and they don't mix it so it's literally just vanilla with Oreo shavings on top asked for a refund several times was refused refund to the point where I just had to ask for my food to leave because they didn't even want to give me the food once I mentioned if you're satisfied on the shake you just give me that's fine I'll just post a picture so people can see it they weren't happy with that so I had to keep on asking either can I get my food back or can I get a refund she cant refund because it will come out of her own money she stated
