  TODAY MARCH,06,2026 AT 5:15AM, I WALKED INTO THE MCDONALD'S DOOR I ASKED A VERY YOUG "BOY" , "IF I MAY USE THE RESTROOM BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER..WHO WAS EXTREMELY UNCALL DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS ME, TELL ME WITH TONE IN HIS VOICE, I WANT YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU GET OUT CAUSE OUR RESTROOMS ARE ONLY FOR COSTUMES. I FELT EMBARRASSED AND HUMILIATION IN FRONT OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO WAS PRESENT, I THEN ASKED THE SAME BOY FOR HIS MANAGER WHO THEN I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, SHE HEARD ME WAS KIND PROFESSIONAL ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH HER EMPLOYEE AND ASSURED ME SHE THEN WOULD SPEAK TO HIM. I HONESTLY DOUBT SHE WILL, THEN SHE THEN TOOK MY ORDER AND DID NOT WANT TO CHARGE ME. THIS KID HAS NO PLACE TO BE WORKING IN MCDONALD'S WITH HIS VERY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE

  Went here for lunch today placed my order cashier repeated my order I paid get to the second window I’m given the wrong order and I get yelled at what did I order and got sent to las window I waited 5 minutes got my order but no drink I got frustrated and left.

  Don’t come to this place don’t order online don’t go inside. Everything is automated. And the worst part is that the drive-through doesn’t care. They just leave your stuff upfront to get cold. They can care less. Worst service ever. They don’t have apple pies. They don’t have McFlurry. And I’m nearby. I’ve been going to this one since I moved here in November, and by far the worst McDonald’s out of all three states I lived there. Which is pretty bad. Even McDonald’s has a reputation to keep the next time you leave my food upfront. I hope you’re manager reads this to you. Van Buuren. Worst McDonald’s Don’t Go Here. I Promise You that you’ll be Waiting for your food for 45 minutes and then told that it’s upfront even though you ordered through the app through the drive-through and this, and then the only time this place just doesn’t care Willing to give you cold food. And this is all true statements. I’ve been inside and waited. 40 minutes for a hamburger.

  Food, decent. Customer service awful. Guy who helped was nice sucks that soda machine is off for refills. Issues with customer service and having them stop to do refills is horrendous. The blonde lady had stopped to help cash customers and sees 3/4 people lined up for refills. Help the cash customers and walks away. Really rude and wait another 5 mins to ask for someone to do a damn refill. By the time im back at my table find a worker had cleaned table and thrown food away. Need to get it order and communicate that someone help with drinks and tables with visible good food on them isnt abandoned 🫠

  Checked the app to see if I could still order breakfast and it said I still had time so I order some basic sausage McMuffins and hash browns and the order went through said I could pick it up and charged me, yet when I got there they said at the time the order was placed they had no breakfast ready and didn't feel like making more so they would cancel me order, could've cancelled it on their end when they got it and knew they didn't want to do their job and make food. But instead I had to drive down there for nothing and makes things worse almost an hour later the order still hasn't been cancelled and I called the store to see what was going on and the lady starts arguing with me saying they didn't have any canceled orders and then says I'm getting mad over food when in reality I'm mad that y'all constantly employ people who don't want to do their job.
