    I’m not sure if it’s new management or ownership but the staff is 10/10 now. Everyone is so nice, smiling and works great together, everyone seems happy to be there, the manager jumps in to help and happily trains new employees. Very clean and freezing cold inside

    Price gouging everyone. You say to use the app for "value" and then make all the good offers forever Mcdelivery only. I dont want food delivered. Just outrageously over priced food that isn't even that good. Its just too expensive for mediocre food. Stop being part of the problem and gouging people.

    We went to McDonald’s at 9:15pm on Wednesday, December 3rd. We went through the drive through and got 4 grinch meals and a McNugget happy meal. We had to pull over because something was wrong with our payment method, which was completely fine. When we got home, we realized that we were missing an apple juice and one of the mystery grinch socks from one of the meals. We were a little frustrated and decided to drive 15 minutes to go back to get our socks especially because we were all very excited to have matching socks. We talked to the people working there and they argued and said they swore that they put everything in there, and that we were wrong. We ended up going home defeated. It’s not about the socks, it’s about the fact that we paid money and drove almost an hour to go there and back twice just to not get what we wanted. Probably not going to go back here anymore.
