  Honestly this used to be a good place to go but today I didn't even get my food right at all 2 doubles with no onions and a triple the same... I got three doubles charged for two and a triple and they made sure to put extra onions and barely any ketchup or mustard, waiting 20 mins for my order, if it was packed I would get it but it wasn't and when I got it they weren't sure it was mine asking me to look into the bag to see if it was mine.

  Went to McDonald’s and I saw they had a bacon McDouble. I have never tried it before so I decided to order it. The burger patties were way over done and they literally gave me one small piece of bacon. I ordered light ketchup and light mustard but it was not light at all. Then I ordered regular mayo and it was absolutely drenched in mayo. I had also ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget with sweet and sour sauce and when I got home I see that there is no sauce. Who wants to eat their chicken nuggets plain? I mean seriously. And what really made me the most frustrated was I ordered 4 cookies. Ever other McDonald’s I have been to has given me fresh warm cookies. The cookies this McDonald gave me were cold and hard as a rock. I can guarantee they were not made today. Overall horrible experience and will not be going back and I recommend you don’t go either unless you want everything you ordered to be messed up

  We went to this McDonald's to pick up this online order I placed my mom placed a separate order at the intercom when we pulled up to the first window, the worker asked what we order again and stated that he couldn't process it atm and to just let them know at the next window my mom asked "are you sure?" And he replied "yes it's fine" when we let the person at the next window know he rolled his eyes and shut the window came back and said "idk what that guys is talking about if you want something else you're going to have to go back around and wait in line and order it this time" we told we order it at the intercom and that we tried paying at the other wi dow again and he took off did nothing and came back and said absolutely nothing so we never got our sandwich due to the Incompetence and ignorance and lack of accountability from this mcdonalds I will never be coming back here again and if you don't want to waste your time breathe and sanity I'd steer clear of here as well

  I pulled into the drive thur at 5am took 15 minutes just to put in my order. Then sat in the drive thur line for another 15 minutes for a total of 30 minutes just to get my food. This is UNACCEPTABLE! If I wanted to wait that long for my food I would of gone to a sit in restaurant. McDonald's is a fast food restaurant. Fast food is supposed to be fast. Hence the pharse "fast food" not slow. Especially being near a major airport. Would not recommend going to this location way to slow in getting food. This should be embarrassing for McDonald's.

  I placed my order at the Kiosk with my rewards code.I placed the table locator on the table. I continued watching the news with one earbud while waiting to be served. I heard 42 so I looked up as my number was 39 so came to ask the employee about 39. She ( young white girl with dark loooong hair)responded it was ready and that they called out the number 3 times. I asked how long had it been sitting there and she looked away. I asked if they didn’t bring the food to the table and she said no. I asked what were the table locators for ? She said i don’t know. I asked for my receipt since the kiosk didn’t print one. She started giving me attitude with trying to figure out the kiosk number where I placed my order as she couldn’t figure out which one I was pointing too as she kept smirking and asking 1 or 2, I responded the outer one. I asked if she couldn’t find it with my name ? She asked for my name and she kept trying to do something on the screen to find it. I asked for her name and she said it didn’t matter. I said it mattered to me,who I was speaking too but refused again. After a few minutes she printed a blank receipt and said the printer wasn’t working. I asked her to call someone else for help and she just looked around and used her shoulders to respond an I don’t know who. Another employee walked by so he was able to print the receipt within seconds. I over heard her giving attitude to other customers too. I then saw another employee taking food to the tables. I guess she doesn’t.
