This place must be understaffed or like the employees don’t know what they’re doing or both. I waited 15 minutes for frap and two cookies that I didn’t get in the end because they never started the order

Drive thru. 5am. Friday. No response. Not open no one inside
Back again 5pm Sunday. Get to drive thru. Cars waiting to order by the speaker. I get out and ask and they were told to just wait by the speaker. Waited like 5 minutes before they were able to take orders at the drive thru again. Then I ordered and lady said is that all you want and to forward. Nothing confirmed on screen. No repeating my order, not even a total price for my order. This is hands down one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. Management really needs to step it up and train their employees better

If I could give no stars I would. It takes forever to get your food, they make you sit in the drive thru and not help you even when there's nobody else in line, they're rude, it's honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I usually only order a drink, but to be in the drive thru for 12 minutes, nobody else waiting, and they don't have to cook anything is ridiculous. They never say have a good day, you're welcome after you say thank you. They just shut the window in your face. It's the closest one to me, that's theo ly reason I've gone lately.

Worst McDonald’s by far the food is always wrong and it’s hard to get you’re meal when you go inside, the drive through is fine if they get you’re order right but if it’s messed up you have to go inside and you will be standing g around for and hour minimum with a bunch of other angry people because they messed up their orders. You can tell there’s no work flow or anyone taking direction everyone is just doing what they want.

If I could do zero stars I would. There was problems from the get go. First they said they never got the mobile order then stated it was because there screen froze. Gave them the benefit of the doubt because stuff happens. Then I paid extra for the sauces, they weren’t in there so my finance went in to get them and whoever was at the front wanted to argue with him saying she put them in there. He kept his composure and told her he can come get me from the car with the bag to show him, It was the fact whoever was in the front wanted to argue so bad over sauces when we understands it gets busy and really wasn’t trynna have a problem. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
