While waiting to be helped, the employee was audibly cussing under his breath about customers. It was noticeable, uncomfortable, and completely inappropriate in a customer-facing role. I understand that fast-paced environments can be stressful, but openly using profanity around customers is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant. This experience made the visit unpleasant and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I hope management addresses this, as professionalism and basic courtesy should be the standard.

A moment later a young lady walked up to the register and began looking at receipts on the counter. The young lady stood there for several minutes without making eye contact or greeting me. She then looked at me in silence for a moment before she asked "are you ready to order?" I said "Yes, I've been ready to order." I mentioned how she did not greet me. She responded "yes I did. I was over there." Motioning to the kitchen area. She then took my order and left the counter. Another staff member served my order (incorrect order) with a noticeable attitude and a smirk on her face. I shared my thoughts on the terrible customer service with the store manager (young pregnant woman) before I left. The customer service here is trash. This was a completely awkward interaction and I hope McDonalds leadership sees this review and makes some serious improvements to hiring and training practices! 🤢🤮
