- MLMandi Lubeck3 days ago1.0Sadly, we will not use this location for a fundraiser ever again. We have used the specific location in past seasons for fundraisers and had success but after poor customer service, probably one of the worst and we won't be back. After receiving an email from Krispy Kreme Fundraising that our order was placed and that we should have heard from our location within 24-48 hours, they had not reached out. We were told after calling the store from a staff member that the General Manager tried to call once but because of no answer on the other end that was the managers effort. With no Caller ID on a private phone we had no number to call back.We called the store back and the Staff member informed us there was no one available to talk to about the matter. She couldn't get the Manager to reply. I asked if there was any other managers in the franchise or stores that could help out and I was told "No" and that she was just the "middle man" We had placed an order for 35 dozen doughnuts, as we know had already been paid for and couldn't get any help or answers at all. Luckily we called the Krispy Kreme in Glendale and explained the situation and the manager there said she was happy to do the order and would have it ready on the date promised. Poor management at East Bell Road is bad business, I would not suggest trusting this store with a fundraiser.

We attempted to go inside, but there was a sign saying to use the drive thru. The lights were on inside and so we get back into the car and drive around. We waited until 7:51 at the drive thru ordering sign until we decided to pull up to the window. By 7:52 all the lights in the establishment were off and the doors were locked. This was extremely unprofessional and ridiculous it is unsurprising that multiple locations have been closing down.
