I was very very disappointed that I could not leave a tip with my card when I paid every other Jimmy John’s I go to I can leave a tip with my card. These young guys here were very friendly made me a great sandwich, but I didn’t have any cash to leave a tip what’s wrong with the boss of this place not making sure they can have an option to leave it tip with card

Good convenient location. However the young man with the long curly black hair, dark eyes and both ears pierced needs some serious customer service training or to find a job that’s not customer facing.

False hours advertisement they say they close at midnight and I went there at 11 they were not open. Please change your Google hours to the time you actually close

Definitely deserves a zero. Do not go to the one on 48th St. And Broadway. Bunch of lazy workers and the manager Terrance is rude.
