Our order was delivered more than an hour late and arrived incomplete. No plates were provided, and the quantity of sides was insufficient; we received only 20 chips and 20 cookies/brownies for a group of 50.
When I called to check on the order status, the employee who answered was curt and unprofessional, providing inaccurate information about the delivery and repeatedly stating it was out for delivery when it was not. Calls were frequently answered and then disconnected, making it difficult to reach anyone. When he did respond, his tone was dismissive and unhelpful. At one point, he placed me on hold for more than 17 minutes, stating he would connect me with a manager; however, a colleague inside the store observed that he never attempted to do so and instead left the call on hold.
This experience, which occurred on February 25, 2026, demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and preparedness to serve a group of this size. Based on this experience, I strongly encourage Jimmy John's to review customer service standards and staffing practices at this location, as the service fell far short of expectations and disrupted our event.

I had pre-ordered catering from Jimmy John’s but forgot which location I placed it at. Sean, the manager, went above and beyond to help me track it down. He called around to other stores until he found my order. He kept such a positive attitude the whole time and was incredibly patient and helpful. Amazing customer service! Thank you Sean for turning a stressful situation into a great experience!

Life long Jimmy John’s customer. I come at 9:50 with 10 minutes left and I’m told they ran out of bread ? Not to mention the door was already locked. Not a good feeling at all! 😡
