    I had pre-ordered catering from Jimmy John’s but forgot which location I placed it at. Sean, the manager, went above and beyond to help me track it down. He called around to other stores until he found my order. He kept such a positive attitude the whole time and was incredibly patient and helpful. Amazing customer service! Thank you Sean for turning a stressful situation into a great experience!

    Life long Jimmy John’s customer. I come at 9:50 with 10 minutes left and I’m told they ran out of bread ? Not to mention the door was already locked. Not a good feeling at all! 😡

    Pre ordered meal arrive and 30 minutes later still waiting for the to get done. Slower than molasses and both employees look like they just woke up and threw on dirty closes. If I get sick, wish me luck!

    Walked into the restaurant. The two employees working didn’t even turn to acknowledge me or say hi. I understand they are busy, but there was no, thanks for coming in we will be right with you, or any acknowledgment for about three minutes. While I was waiting for somebody to acknowledge me, I saw one of the employees refilling the same sauce bottle instead of using a brand new one for sanitary purposes and contamination. One of the male employees did not have a hat on or anything to pull their hair back and had headphones on. Neither of the employees changed their gloves after each sub made or after touching other surfaces.
