  Every time I eat Jimmy John’s it is truly really fast and reliable the servings are always more than reasonable! The people working here also have a pretty stellar attitude as well! The jimmy rewards are pretty good with an occasional deal as well I love the number 13 with crunchy onions and regular onions every time it hits the spot the jimmy Cuban for the win! Thanks jimmy johns

  Saturday evening Timothy took my order, and was incredibly rude. I apologized for walking in while he was mopping and he shoved a bag in my face and said,” DoorDash.” I said no, but I’d like to order. He then said, “What do you want?”. I don’t understand what I did wrong, but being treated this way is unacceptable when you’re open for business. He should be trained in customer service. The gentleman making my sandwiches was completely delightful and took such care with my order. Thank you for that, friend.
