Saturday evening Timothy took my order, and was incredibly rude. I apologized for walking in while he was mopping and he shoved a bag in my face and said,” DoorDash.” I said no, but I’d like to order. He then said, “What do you want?”. I don’t understand what I did wrong, but being treated this way is unacceptable when you’re open for business. He should be trained in customer service. The gentleman making my sandwiches was completely delightful and took such care with my order. Thank you for that, friend.

Dont come here in a hurry! Ive seen subway help more customers quicker with just one person behind the counter. They had 4 people behind the coubter for me today and ive already been sitting here for over ten minutes. And it was one basic sandwich. There were people that were already sitting down waiting when I got here that hadn't gotten their food yet. They probably waited close to 20 minutes. I think you guys could cut staffing and still hit these numbers. Why pay so much payroll for this many people to be workinbg and still not be able to get people helped in a normal time frame? I'd be reconsidering the budget with this level of service...
