The girl that worked the morning of 2/12 was very rude and not helpful. When I asked her questions she wasn't very helpful. When I asked if she could show my child the different sizes in cups but she refused. I also asked for a hidden menu item and she stated it didn't exist and didn't even ask about the ingredients. She could have handled the entire interaction completely different than how she acted

I came in like 20 minutes ago and ordered a razzmatazz, I was so excited because i love smoothies but I dont think Ill come back to this location. It was 7, they closed at 8,but they were clearly trying to close early and rush me out. I walk in the door and as I'm holding the door open for my fiance the cashier says "ready to order yet", I wasnt even facing the menu, when I asked for a moment she said " kay I'll be here when you're ready" the vibes were very passive aggressive and the energy was off but I came here to have a good night not gonna let her ruin it. We ended up just getting one smoothie and she didnt even make it properly. Again feeling very rushed. Half of my smoothie was unblended, half of it was filled with whole blueberries, so yeah, dont waste your money here y'all.

I love Jamba and I've been a loyal customer for years at locations all around the country because of the excellent product and the friendly atmosphere. But I'm going to stop coming to this location due to the poor service I get every time I come in.
When I walked in to the store today to pick up my mobile order, there were no other customers the staff were helping (other than prepping more mobile orders) but nobody greeted me, nobody asked if they could help me or even asked what I was there for. No interaction. I made eye contact with one girl and smiled in an attempt to get some help to see if my order was ready and she looked at me and looked away.
I've now been sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge or help me so I can get my lemonade and go.
Since I've been sitting here, I've been watching other customers come and go, nobody greeted them when they walked in, nobody offered to take their orders or even point them to the self serve kiosk. Zero friendliness or helpfulness.
I finally walked back to the counter after 25 minutes of being ignored over a drink that would literally take 2 seconds to pour (a lemonade), and had to literally wave the girl over to me to so I could ask her if my drink was ready. She rolled her eyes, went and grabbed it and set it on the counter. No apology over the lack of service or anything.
I don't know if this location doesn't offer customer service training, doesn't pay well, or if it's understaffed for the number of mobile orders they get, or if there are manager issues or what but the customer service desperately needs improvement. I'll definitely find another Jamba location or a completely different juice company to spend my money with in the future.

ADA issues & Immediate rude experience. I walked a mile with my service dog on 1/3 at 11 am and as soon as I walked in I was immediately met with “uh uh you can’t have dogs in here” - even though there is no sign about not being allowed to have service dogs anywhere posted on the store. Store either needs signage or crew needs to be trained on ADA & service animals. Needless to say I wasn’t able to defend myself or order anything.
