I was no familiar with the menu and she basically ignored my questions as if she just wanted me to order and be done with me. Place was not busy, so there was no reason for her to act that way. Delicious shake, I really enjoyed it.

The order was not made, her credit card had been charged and she had a confirmation number, the girl at the register refused to make the order or issue a refund, called my sister rude for asking for the refund, and there was a cockroach running around in the store. I would not recommend this location as you might not get what you paid for.
