I don't go often but the times I have gone I'm there when it opens and they have n ot once been open on time. Today store hours said they open at 8AM. I was there at 8. Two other gentlemen pulled up shortly after me and we all waited patiently. After 15 minutes and no signs of life, one of the patrons left and I followed soon after. It was a complete waste of time. PLEASE, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR HOURS TO REFLECT WHEN YOU TRULY ARE OPEN. Thank you.

But in different locations you always get the young kids that would rather be in the back, than have to come up front to make a drink and then go back to watching their phone in the back. EVERY STORE has employees that do this. This one in particular gave waaaaaayyyyy too much attitude and couldn't even say hello, as if I was bothering him. 😒
