As someone who used to work in the food industry, there is nothing more frustrating than when people arrive at close. I get that. We all have bad days; I get that too.
We showed up 15 minutes before close, which for a Jamba juice, I feel is reasonable. We were greeted with the most attitude and distain I have ever experienced as a consumer. The only words she said to us were "we close at 6" and the total amount of our purchase. We were nice, said have a good night, gave her a cash tip, and were overly polite feeling her frustration. She was slamming things around, stomping like a toddler and all around rude. We were in and out before 6, which is when they close. I hope she is an exception and not a rule, but I wouldn't come here again.

The girl that was working here 9/26 around 3pm was soooo rudeeee, overcharged me, and rolled her eyes at me. I had just got off of work from only having 1 day off the past 2 weeks and I’ve never acted that way to a customer. When she gave me my drink she threw all the dishes in the sink all aggravated and I tipped her too. Dont go here fr

I love jamba juice but stop blaming your profit margins on labor costs. Higher more employees. This goes for every store. Your profits are fine, labor costs are beyond great. Do everyone a favor and higher more employees

My drink was not made correctly and nobody seemed to care. Had a similar experience 2 weeks ago at 40th and Thunderbird. Jamba has really changed...not for the better.
