- DBDavid ButlerNov 17, 20255.0I went in for dinner on a Monday night with my kids. I ordered burgers and fries at the register but when the order arrived there were no fries. I returned to the register to order the fries but the register associate (Michael W) immediately told me to that he would get my fries for free due to the mix-up. Quality service and very classy response. In addition to the cash register associate, all the associates in the kitchen were so friendly and engaging (which is startling as it diverges from most fast food joints). It was not very busy when we visited so they all said "hi, welcome to five guys" with a smile on their face. I am not a burger fan but this Five Guys went above and beyond in their service and making sure they corrected my order. Just wanted to give a shout out to Michael W and the entire team there for their friendliness and professional demeanor. I hope they keep up the great work as it clearly stands out from their fast-food competition. David

The staff are very inviting and I have never had an issue with anything. Actually ive never had just a "decent" employee they ALL go above and beyond and deserve more recognition. Im not sure who or how this restaurant is ran but they are doing a good job. Shootout to the front of shop employees. It takes social effort to be as welcoming and friendly as they are and it speaks miles because most employees just want to get you your food and get out, here they actually want to get to know your face which means a lot these days. Great Burger, Great Fries, Great employees. Can't say enough!
