  It was my first time here & I can’t wait to come back already. The food was so good they have a lot of options for it being “just bagels”. The workers were welcoming & nice

  I ordered 2 bagels and added cheddar cheese to one. I tipped and paid extra for the cheese. I come home and find there is no cheese. It’s not a huge deal, but I paid extra for it so I was a bit disappointed. I could understand if I had a huge order with drinks, but it was only 2 items.

  My husband was so happy to finally go back to Einstein. We have not had one near us in awhile. We waited until it was open a bit so they could figure things out. He goes in today, orders 2 Jalapeño Cheddar Bagels and 2 Asiago Bagels and one large coffee. He gets home and the 2 Asiago Bagels are not there. NOT A COMPLICATED ORDER!! He is spitting mad. He got the Asiago one's for me and was so happy to surprise me. It's like he said, I shouldn't have to check my order, but I guess today you have to! Spent almost $19 for 2 Bagels and a large coffee. DISGUSTED! WARNING TO ALL GOING HERE, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!
