This location has awful spacing, they have way too many tables when majority of people are grabbing their food to go. Sardines and a fish can. Depends on which employees you interact with. You’ll have a good time or you’ll be feeling like you’re a nuisance to them. Think they should add a drive-through to mitigate a lot of these issues.

Katie had asked me to call her back if I had a challenge. I did so twice. Last time I called she wasn't in. This time the male employee refused to take a simple message so that Katie can help remedy. He also lied and said he is aware of my problem he had spoken with Katie about it 3 hours ago. I haven't spoke with Katie within the last week about this situation. Einstein know that this person won't help a customer, makes the Einstein error the customer's problem and can't take a message for the manager even when the manager asked me to call her. Thank you I called at 120 pm today. He refused to give me his name when I asked and then he hung up on me.

Normally when I order a bagel with cream cheese it’s over flowing with cream cheese and it’s too much so today I thought I would ask for light cream cheese and this is what I got. It’s either way too much or nothing… where is the happy medium? I had a scrap all the cream cheese from all the pieces just to eat one quarter of my bagel.
