It’s a chain restaurant, so of course the food is going to be good, they follow the recipe and every single time. My bagel sandwich is perfect. This location has awful spacing, they have way too many tables when majority of people are grabbing their food to go. Sardines and a fish can. Depends on which employees you interact with. You’ll have a good time or you’ll be feeling like you’re a nuisance to them. Think they should add a drive-through to mitigate a lot of these issues.

Employee this afternoon refused to take a message from me for their regional regarding a problem I experienced with an online order. Katie had asked me to call her back if I had a challenge. I did so twice. Last time I called she wasn't in. This time the male employee refused to take a simple message so that Katie can help remedy. He also lied and said he is aware of my problem he had spoken with Katie about it 3 hours ago. I haven't spoke with Katie within the last week about this situation. Einstein know that this person won't help a customer, makes the Einstein error the customer's problem and can't take a message for the manager even when the manager asked me to call her. Thank you I called at 120 pm today. He refused to give me his name when I asked and then he hung up on me.

Went into Einstein’s this morning to order breakfast and the staff was great, friendly and very helpful. Normally when I order a bagel with cream cheese it’s over flowing with cream cheese and it’s too much so today I thought I would ask for light cream cheese and this is what I got. It’s either way too much or nothing… where is the happy medium? I had a scrap all the cream cheese from all the pieces just to eat one quarter of my bagel.

Bagel tasted old, got my beverage order wrong (hot tea?) and the place is rather dirty., needs an update. Disappointed with this store, Einstein is usually better... Staff was very nice however.
