  I don’t usually write reviews, but Rick at Einstein Bagels absolutely deserves one. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make the experience welcoming, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. Rick is the kind of person who defines great customer service- friendly, patient, attentive, and clearly passionate about his work. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect, handled the line efficiently without ever making anyone feel rushed, and still managed to bring a positive, upbeat energy to the entire store. You can tell he truly cares about customers and takes pride in what he does, which is rare and incredibly refreshing. Because of Rick, this wasn’t just a quick stop for food. They truly gave me a great start to my day. Einstein Bagels is lucky to have him, and honestly, he sets the standard for how customer service should be done. I’ll be coming back specifically because of him. Give this man a raise—Rick is outstanding.

  If I could give this location 0 starts I would. Don’t get me wrong the staff is alright but management is where the problem is. I was placing an order and I’m going to assume the white tall man with grey hair is the manager but he kept rudely interrupting the cashier while she was trying to take my order. Mind you there was a line of people behind me and he went to stand somewhere in the corner to go on his phone instead of taking some orders. Someone please get this checked out because if they keep running this place like this soon there will be no customers.

  Absolutely the best Einstein’s I’ve ever been to. The lady at the cash register, Yamilette I think her name was, is always super friendly and nice. Their sandwiches are always perfectly put together, and their coffee is amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting the Assistant Manager Tays, and she was courteous and kind even though you could tell they were super busy. I’d recommend it to anyone as one of the better breakfast/lunch places you could go for a quick bite. I would’ve added a picture of my favorite sandwich, but I ate it too quickly.

  I ended up calling my order in early to send one of my employees to go pick up the order. I called it in early before a big line because I know the place gets busy. My employee sent her out. She waited about 15 minutes. Nobody even make contact with her or communicate with her finally, when she came up to the counter she Asked for the order and they said they did not have the order so they lost one customer.
